Game mechanics
A deep dive into the system behind chaos, comebacks, and surprises.
How the game works
Flaksorama is a digital board game where solving minigames earn movement on a shared game board. See how to get started on the "Get started" page.
Minigames
Various minigames appear on the big screen and on the phone screen. Players answer on their phones. The faster and more accurately you answer, the further you move on the board.
The game board
A colorful, shared game board displayed on the big screen tracks everyone's progress. But watch out - some tiles trigger special events that can change everything.
Score & movement
Your speed and answers determines how many steps you move forward: the faster you answer correctly, the further you go. A speed multiplier awards extra steps to players who answer correct within the first half of the countdown - it pays to be quick.
Effects system
Three types of effects can turn the game on its head — bonuses, setbacks, and lottery tickets.
Bonuses
Solve several minigames in a row and get rewarded! Bonuses can launch you forward, give you advantages, or even help out other players.
Setbacks
Land on a red tile and face the consequences of bad luck. You might get pushed back, have your next minigame scrambled, or swap places with another player.
Lottery
Land on a treasure chest and scratch a lottery ticket! Lottery effects are wild - they can affect ALL players at once. Shuffle positions, send everyone back to start, or make everyone invisible.
